Job summary

Fox Pest Control is hiring a Home Sales Inspector to inspect, advise, and upsell pest control services to homeowners. You will conduct thorough termite inspections, identify issues, and present solutions to customers.

You will leverage sales skills to upsell additional services, aim to exceed monthly targets, and maintain high customer satisfaction. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for field visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in pest control or a related field.
• Pest control or termite knowledge is a plus, but training is provided.
• Customer-first mentality to keep customers satisfied and loyal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough termite inspections and identify issues with customers.
• Build rapport with homeowners and upsell additional services including premium Sentricon.
• Hit sales targets by actively seeking opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
