Job summary

Bug House Pest Control is seeking a Termite & Crawlspace Technician (Maintenance) to service residential properties and crawl spaces. You will inspect, treat, and advise customers while building lasting relationships in the community.

No prior pest control experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training and support. A valid driver's license and ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary!
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Building lifelong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managing your service route: residential pest control, crawl space services, and termite inspections.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating equipment or driving the company vehicle.

What your responsibilities will be:

• Managing Your Service Route
  • Perform residential pest control, crawl space services, and termite inspections.
  • Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs.
  • Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
  • Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer's weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
