Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Termite Control Technician to deliver frontline termite treatment services to residential customers with a company-provided vehicle and comprehensive training.

You will interact with customers, ensure safety, and complete service documentation while working outdoors in diverse settings. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required. Base pay ranges hourly from $17.00 to $23.00 with benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior industry experience is not required; key traits are interpersonal and reliability.
• You must be personable and enjoy interacting with customers.
• You are self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• You can present information clearly to customers one-on-one and in small groups.
• You are detail oriented and understand safety importance.
• You have good math aptitude for service calculations.
• Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces like crawl spaces and attics.
• Facial hair restrictions apply for safety reasons.

Responsibilities

• Verify that job specifications fit each work order and prepare the site.
• Apply termite treatments to structures per schedule and safety rules.
• Interact with customers and explain services provided.
• Complete production forms documenting services performed.
