Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Termite and Mosquito Tech Supervisor in Roswell, GA. You will lead a team, manage scheduling, and ensure top-notch pest control service. Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent (college preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multitask.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to pass any state regulatory agency-required licensing exams.
• Ability to work 40+ hours/week.
• Availability after hours (including weekends/holidays).
• Current driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Industry experience (preferred).
