Collabera in Columbus, OH seeks a Terminal Operator to safely move freight in a busy intermodal yard. This full-time role offers swing and overnight shifts with rotating schedules, and no CDL is required for this opening.

You will drive hostlers and rigs, connect trailers, inspect equipment, and coordinate moves with yard staff. Candidates must pass a background check and a 5-panel drug screen, and be able to work outdoors, lift up to 50 lbs, and be available for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (no CDL required).
• Open availability for swing or night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladder on railcars.
• Background check and pass 5-panel drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive hostlers and big rigs to position containers and chassis.
• Connect and disconnect hitches and air hoses.
• Climb rail cars for pre- and post-use inspections.
• Coordinate moves with yard personnel and supervisors.
