Job summary

Shell is seeking an experienced Terminal Operator in Washington, DC area. The role focuses on safe and efficient operation of terminal equipment and pipelines, monitoring product movement, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will work across shifts in a 24/7 facility, coordinating with Control Center, Scheduling, and customers to resolve scheduling and equipment issues. Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain Operator

• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Operate terminal and pipeline equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and control product movement, perform inspections and testing.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety programs.
• Coordinate with Control Center, Scheduling and customers to resolve issues.
• Assist in asset inspections, inventory control, and data recording.
