Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Power Plant Operator, Chemical Plant Operator, or related program.
Interest in terminal operations and energy industry.
Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

Supports product measurement activities by gauging petroleum products transferred to/from tanks, trucks, rail cars, pipelines, and vessels under supervision.
Learns and assists with valve lineups, switches, and tank changes for safe movement of products.
Follows safety protocols to prevent spills, contamination, and loss.
Inputs basic product/operational data into terminal systems (e.g., ATLAS, TopTech) while developing proficiency.
Participates in routine inspections and records findings; supports corrective actions as directed.
Assists with general facility upkeep and compliance with standards.
Supports customer and driver interactions, and assists with vessel, truck, and rail rack operations.
Performs assigned project and administrative tasks in support of terminal operations and training objectives.
May assist with DOT-covered functions under supervision.
