Job summary

Buzzi Unicem USA is seeking a Terminal Maintenance professional in Nashville, TN to safely troubleshoot, repair and maintain terminal equipment and to support loading/unloading activities for trucks, barges, and railcars.

The role offers a starting base rate of $35.97/hour, with OT opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to write legibly and fill Bills of Lading.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds regularly.
• Able to climb ladders.
• Able to operate forklift, tractor, grass cutting equipment, welding and cutting equipment.
• Able to read and understand safety and operating instructions.
• Able to work at heights up to 150 feet.
• Able to work in enclosed areas such as railcars, barges, pump pits, and dust collectors.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures, noisy and dusty conditions.
• Able to bend, use shovel and broom.
• Able to work in paint using spray gun and paint brush.
• Able to operate and maintain truck loading kiosk.

Responsibilities

• Safely troubleshoot, repair, and maintain terminal equipment.
• Housekeeping of Maintenance Areas.
• Performs all work safely and efficiently.
• Performs all other assigned work, either verbally or written orders.
