Job summary

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is seeking an Airport Customer Experience Specialist (ACES) to help passengers across all terminals, respond to operational issues, and support events and emergencies with a calm, customer-focused approach.

The ACES collaborates with Terminal Experience Supervisors, DPS, IOC, EOC, airlines, and CBP to provide information, address concerns, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment during irregular operations, holidays, and weather events.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a direct customer service environment.
• Completion of high school curriculum or equivalent.
• Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Engages with customers to provide assistance and ensure a positive travel experience across terminals.
• Provides information on DFW Airport products and services.
• Documents and addresses customer concerns and escalates when required.
• Conducts regular inspections of public terminal areas to ensure cleanliness and operation.
• Maintains records of daily operations and service trends.
• Collaborates with airlines, concessions, custodial services, and other partners to address customer concerns.
