Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning or healthcare cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.
• Ability to meet client health requirements, including vaccination documentation and TB testing as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform terminal cleaning of patient recovery rooms and clinical areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned areas.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, breakrooms, waiting areas, and common spaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Assist with linen removal and transport.
• Support nursing staff by cleaning and preparing recovery rooms for incoming patients.
• Follow all client-specific cleaning procedures and infection prevention protocols.
• Safely operate commercial cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals according to company standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Clean Team with exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will help maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for patients, physicians, visitors, and healthcare staff by following established cleaning procedures and infection prevention standards.
