Clean Team Inc. is seeking a Terminal Cleaner for our ambulatory surgery center in Westfield, Indiana. This part-time evening position focuses on maintaining a clean, sanitary environment for patients and staff by following infection prevention standards.

You will perform terminal cleaning of recovery rooms, dust, sweep, mop, and disinfect spaces, while supporting nursing staff and maintaining a professional appearance with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Assist with linen removal and transport.
• Support nursing staff by cleaning and preparing recovery rooms for incoming patients.
• Follow all client-specific cleaning procedures and infection prevention protocols.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals according to company standards.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Position Type: Part-Time | Permanent Evening Position

Clean Team Inc. is currently hiring dependable and detail-oriented Terminal Cleaners to join our team at a professional ambulatory surgery center in Westfield, Indiana.

Healthcare cleaning requires a higher level of attention to detail than traditional commercial cleaning. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for patients, physicians, visitors, and healthcare staff by following established cleaning procedures and infection prevention standards.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, understand the importance of cleanliness in a medical environment, and can work independently while consistently delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Perform terminal cleaning of patient recovery rooms and clinical areas

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess the following:

• Previous commercial cleaning, healthcare environmental services, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Current automobile insurance
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check
• Ability to meet client health requirements, including vaccination documentation and TB testing as required
