Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a mental health therapist.
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field.

• Current and unrestricted Marriage and Family Therapy license.
• BLS and CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a fully licensed and credentialed Mental Health Therapist to join a currently small, but growing psychiatric practice. Our practice opened in 2017 as a 100% self-pay practice. We currently adding insurance panels. Comfortable office space in the South Park area, EMR, psychiatric collaboration, and practice support provided for negotiable percentage split of practice income. In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. What we are looking for

• One to two yrs of previous experience working as a mental health therapist preferred


• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field


• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred to and some experience with psycho-dynamic treatment modalities.


• Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license


• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Highly organized
