Job summary

Heights Wellness Retreat is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Midtown Houston location. You will tailor massage experiences, apply advanced techniques and promote the wellness benefits of therapeutic massage. This role emphasizes guest connection, balance and a high standard of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed massage therapist license required by state
• Active liability insurance required

• Capable of performing 50-minute full-body massage

Responsibilities

• Customize massage experiences for each guest
• Perform service enhancements using stones, cupping, CBD, Gua Sha, aromatherapy
• Promote therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Foster connections that empower guests on their wellness paths
• Help guests feel restored, balanced, elevated during visits

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

• 6–8-hour shifts
• Minimum one-weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
• 25 hours a week is required
• Days and evening shifts available

• Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths
• Help guests feel restored, balanced, and elevated – every time they visit

• Current state license to perform massage therapy
