Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Omaha is seeking a Massage Therapist to join our locally owned team. You’ll deliver customized sessions, promoting healing and relaxation while upholding a professional, welcoming environment.

We offer a flexible schedule and a generous pay model that includes base commissions, upgrades, bonuses, and 100% of tips. Training is provided and all supplies are provided to support your practice.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska massage license required.
• Prior knowledge/experience of Swedish massage preferred.
• Knowledge of other modalities is a plus; Hand & Stone offers training.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored treatment plans based on client needs.
• Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional guest experience.
• Generate new clientele through member referrals and memberships.

Pay Range:

Up to $70,000 per year (base service commission, upgrade commission, 100% of tips, and bonuses available).

What You'll Be Working On:

As a member of our Massage Therapy team, you are on the front lines healing and helping our clients. We deal with clients of all backgrounds, needs, and demographics and your ability to design and deliver a customized treatment plan for each and every guest is critical. In a typical day, you can expect to:

• Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

• Have a passion for healing, helping, and taking care of clients.
• Have an active Nebraska Massage license.
• Have prior knowledge/experience of Swedish massage.
• Have great communication skills and connect well with staff and clients
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
