Job summary

Michigan Department of Human and Health Services (DHHS) seeks a Teradata Consultant to support a Data Warehouse project with multiple applications. The role focuses on complex batch frameworks, ETL, data quality, security, and migrations to standardized frameworks.

The position is hybrid in Lansing, MI, with in-office days two per week. Relative experience with government IT environments is preferred; C2C rate depends on experience and eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with loading data from multiple source systems.
• Ability to guide development teams for troubleshooting and batch support.
• Prior government or State of Michigan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex Common Batch Framework and Common Scheduler for reliable data access.
• Handle data warehouse change management, promotions of code and DDL; perform build engineer tasks.
• Oversight of Linux security model on DW ETL servers and data access controls.
