Qualifications

• Strong experience in Teradata SQL, joins, indexes, and explain plans.
• Hands‑on experience with Teradata utilities (FastLoad, MultiLoad, TPT, BTEQ).
• Knowledge of ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, or similar).
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and BI tools.
• Proficiency in performance tuning and query optimization.
• Good understanding of Unix/Linux scripting.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and macros in Teradata.
• Implement ETL workflows using tools like Informatica and Teradata utilities.
• Optimize queries and manage performance tuning for large-scale data environments.
• Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to translate requirements.
