Qualifications

• Ph.D. in nursing (or related field; MSN if Ph.D. is not in nursing)
• Indiana RN licensure
• Commitment to scholarship and teaching at undergrad and grad levels
• Record of scholarly achievement and external funding potential

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage extramural funding efforts with multi-PI grants (R01 or equivalent).
• Publish in high-impact nursing/public health journals.
• Mentor PhD students, postdocs, and undergrad researchers.
• Collaborate across IU campuses and community partners to advance translational research.
