Job summary

University of Central Florida's School of Social Work invites applications for a 9-month, tenure-earning assistant professor position on the Orlando main campus. The appointee will pursue interdisciplinary research, teach undergraduate and graduate social work courses, and engage in service at the school, college, university, and community levels.

Preferred candidates will have a strong research agenda, potential for external funding, and teaching experience; MSW plus PhD/DSW required.

Qualifications

• MSW from a CSWE-accredited program at time of application.
• Ph.D./DSW in Social Work or related discipline from an accredited institution; ABDs considered if earned by start.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate social work courses.
