The successful candidate will teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels and develop a vibrant research program in public economics.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. is required. Degree must be conferred by August 2027.
• Candidates should show promise of significant scholarship and ability to teach at both the undergraduate and Ph.D. levels.
• UIC faculty are expected to carry out their responsibilities in person and onsite as part of a vibrant and collegial on-campus community

Responsibilities

• Teach and advise students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Develop a vibrant research program.
• Contribute to the intellectual life of the department.
