The Graduate School of Professional Psychology (GSPP) at the University of St. Thomas invites applications for a tenure-track faculty member at the rank of Assistant Professor for a 9-month, full-time position beginning September 1, 2027.

The role emphasizes health equity and social justice while inviting candidates with diverse teaching and clinical interests. Responsibilities include teaching and advising MA and PsyD students, supervising dissertations, and engaging in scholarly and service

Qualifications

• Must hold doctoral degree (PsyD, PhD) from APA-accredited program or ABD with expected completion by Sept 2027.
• Commitment to mentoring, advising, and teaching graduate students in both MA and APA-accredited doctoral programs.
• Willingness to attend on-campus meetings and events regularly.

Responsibilities

• Teach and advise MA and PsyD students.
• Supervise doctoral dissertations.
• Engage in scholarship and service at school, university, and community levels.
