The Statistics Group seeks scholars with strong research and teaching across IT, Operations, Economics, and Finance who will contribute to a vibrant, multidisciplinary program and mentor PhD students at NYU Stern.

Qualifications

• PhD required or must have defended before appointment.
• Evidence of productive research and effective teaching at undergraduate, MBA and PhD levels.
• Classroom teaching experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate, MBA and PhD-level courses.
• Conduct and publish research in statistics and related areas.
• Collaborate with the Statistics Group and other departments at NYU Stern.
• Contribute to service and curriculum development within the department.
