Job summary

Weber State University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Child and Family Studies. Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy, Family Studies, Family Science, Human Development and Family Studies, or related field (ABD considered with completion by Aug 15, 2027).
• Teach in NCFR content areas and document CFLE competencies across the program.
• Teach in alignment with AAMFT graduate training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses, including GenEd and Family Studies.
• Publish research and advise/mentor students.
• Participate on departmental and university committees; contribute to program development in graduate Marriage and Family Therapy.
