Job summary

Auburn University’s Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering invites applications for a tenure-track assistant/associate professor in microelectronics beginning Fall 2027. We seek candidates with strengths in analog/RF electronics, IC design, and packaging or heterogeneous integration.

The selected candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, build a funded research program, mentor graduate students, and publish findings.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering or a closely related field at the time employment begins.
• We particularly seek candidates eligible to participate in research activities involving controlled unclassified information and ITAR/EAR restrictions with a security clearance.
• The candidate must be able to work in the United States for the appointment term.
