Qualifications

• CA licensure or intention to obtain licensure as MFT, Psychologist, or LPCC; licensure by end of third year required for continued employment.
• Meeting or intending to meet MFT supervisor qualifications must be achieved by end of third year for continued employment.
• Experience in undergraduate and/or graduate instruction is required.
• A record of research and/or scholarly activities is expected.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate courses and possibly undergraduate courses as needed; supervise graduate trainees.
• Develop a successful program of research or scholarly activity and seek external funding.
• Support administrative and advising needs of the Marriage & Family Therapy program; contribute to equity, diversity, and inclusion in teaching.
• Collaborate with a team coordinating the on-campus training clinic and off-campus traineeship program; develop program leadership.
