Qualifications

• A PhD in management or related business discipline from an AACSB-accredited program by August 2027.
• Strong research publication track record.
• Evidence of serving as Instructor of Record for at least two university courses.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality research and publish in refereed journals.
• Teach three courses per semester, undergraduate and graduate.
• Design and deliver online and in-person courses with experiential learning.
• Develop and update curriculum to stay aligned with industry trends.
• Mentor students and support undergraduate research and recruitment.
• Engage in service with School, College, and University.
• Collaborate with faculty across campus.
