Qualifications

• An earned doctorate (or foreign equivalent) in Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, Strategic Management, Industrial and Organizational (IO) Psychology, or a related field, by the time the position starts, is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active research program and Scholarly Academic status as defined by AACSB; publish in leading academic journals; teach a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses in management, leadership, strategy, entrepreneurship, human resources, and/or organization.
