Job summary

Campbell University School of Law invites applications for up to three full-time, entry-level or lateral, tenured or tenure-track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant, Associate or full Professor to begin in August 2027. The positions are nine-month academic appointments with salary and rank commensurate with experience.

We seek candidates with expertise in Torts, preferably Remedies. Review begins August 17, 2026 and continues until filled.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials with J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with other designated faculty to implement a coordinated curriculum and learning objectives.
• Develop and manage course materials from learning objectives.
• Administer tests, assignments and other exercises to measure knowledge and performance.
• Maintain effective and timely communications with students and staff.
• Provide students with individual feedback on assessments.
• Administer exams according to law school guidelines.
• Submit grades in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in departmental and faculty meetings.
• Uphold Campbell University policies including Title IX and FERPA.
