Fordham Law School invites applications for entry-level and lateral full-time tenured and tenure-track faculty positions, with an expected start date for the fall 2027 semester. We welcome applications from candidates across all areas of law, especially in professional responsibility, criminal law, constitutional law, property, and alternative dispute resolution.

Our search this year will focus primarily on entry-level candidates; however, we remain open to applications from lateral candidates.

Qualifications

• Applicants must possess a J.D. degree or an advanced degree in a relevant field and have relevant experience such as teaching, legal practice, or judicial clerkships.
• Scholarly promise evidenced by publications or works in progress.

Responsabilités

• Teach and advise students in law school programs.
• Engage in scholarly research and publish in law journals.
• Contribute to service and leadership within the law school and university.
