Mitchell Hamline School of Law invites applications for tenured or tenure-track faculty positions beginning July 1, 2027 in Business and Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Lawyering Skills and Experiential Education, and Native American Law.

We seek candidates at all career stages who will contribute to teaching, scholarship, curricular development, governance, service, and student mentoring across in-person, synchronous online, and blended learning modalities.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school or equivalent degree.
• Distinguished academic or professional credentials.
• Demonstrated promise or accomplishment as a teacher and scholar.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor students in multiple modalities and across courses.
• Contribute to scholarly research, publications, and curricular development.
• Engage in faculty governance, service, and student mentoring.
