Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in Kinesiology or related field with evidence of scholarly activity. ABD status with a scheduled dissertation defense date will be considered.
• Instructor candidates must hold a master’s degree and have at least 15 hours of coursework toward a doctorate completed.
• Extensive university experience and a completed doctorate are required for Associate Professor rank.
• Experience interaction with all members of the campus community.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate Kinesiology courses across theoretical, practicum, and laboratory formats.
• Advise students and participate in service activities.
• Conduct collaborative and independent research.
• The duties may include introductory to senior-level courses within the department.
