Job summary

Texas A&M University College of Performance, Visualization & Fine Arts invites applications for a full-time, nine-month tenure-track or tenured Assistant or Associate Professor in Interactive Media and Creative Technology. The successful candidate will join a vibrant interdisciplinary environment bridging art, design, computation, science, and technology.

Qualifications

• PhD or terminal degree required; ABD may be considered for Assistant Professor.
• Strong record or potential for excellence in scholarly/creative research and teaching.
• Associate Professor candidates should have nationally/internationally recognized work with leadership in research or creative activity.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in interactive media, creative technology, and related interdisciplinary fields.
• Mentor undergraduate and graduate students across programs.
• Contribute service within the department, program, and college and foster collaborations across disciplines.
