The Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College invites applications for a tenure-track Associate or Full Professor in Entrepreneurship beginning Fall 2027. The successful candidate will teach MBAs across four programs and expand the entrepreneurship curriculum while sustaining an active research agenda.

Collaborative engagement with Central Florida business communities is emphasized. We seek an outstanding teacher-scholar who connects rigorous theory with practical revenue-growth,

Formación

• Ph.D. or Doctorate in Entrepreneurship, Management, or closely related field from AACSB-equivalent institution.
• At least four years of full-time teaching at rank of assistant professor or higher at AACSB-equivalent institution.
• Demonstrated teaching excellence in entrepreneurship or related classes.
• Active research agenda with peer-reviewed scholarship aligned with Crummer and AACSB expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Teach MBA courses in entrepreneurship across Crummer’s programs (EAMBA, AMBA, Professional MBA, EMBA).
• Maintain active research program and publish in peer-reviewed venues.
• Engage with Central Florida business community through applied projects and executive education.
• Consult with organizations and deliver high-quality executive education when appropriate.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum with industry needs and practice.
