Job summary

Stanford University invites applications for a tenure track faculty position at the junior level (Assistant or untenured Associate Professor) in the Department of Electrical Engineering. The successful candidate will teach graduate and undergraduate courses and build a team of graduate students in PhD research.

We seek researchers at the frontiers of electrical and computer engineering, with a strong research program and commitment to teaching.

Qualifications

• Have completed, or be completing, a Ph.D. in the advertised field or a closely related one.
• Evidence of the ability to pursue a program of research, and a strong commitment to graduate and undergraduate teaching are also required.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
• Build and lead a team of graduate students in PhD research.
