Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership or related field by start date.
• Five years’ experience as a licensed or certified K-12 school administrator.
• Demonstrated skill in Instructional Leadership at P-12 level.
• Demonstrated cohesive research agenda with peer-reviewed publications or presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to work with students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to establish positive relationships with colleagues, students and stakeholders within P-12 education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and teach graduate courses in educational leadership.
• Collaborate with public school teachers and administrators, education stakeholders, and professional associations.
• Conduct a program of research focusing on educational leadership and maintain a cutting-edge scholarly agenda.
• Support graduate programs in Educational Leadership through teaching and advising.
• Participate in professional associations at local, state, regional, and national levels.
• Collaborate with college and department faculty, staff, school districts and administrators.
