Job summary

York College of Pennsylvania invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering beginning in January or August 2027. The position involves ongoing in-person teaching assignments in the fall and spring terms each year.

The successful candidate will teach courses such as computer architecture, analog circuits, microprocessors, embedded systems, signal processing, and robotics, and will advise and mentor undergraduates in capstone design projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to teach undergraduates in a student-centered, project-based environment.
• Mentor undergraduates in design/build/test projects and capstone work.
• Engage in curriculum and laboratory development and scholarly activity.

Responsibilities

• Teach a range of undergraduate electrical and computer engineering courses.
