Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years of undergraduate teaching experience preferred.
Interest in innovative pedagogical strategies including instructional technology.
Commitment to teaching in an urban, diverse college.
Experience with online instruction (asynchronous/synchronous/hybrid).
Experience helping students with career exploration.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an active research and publication agenda.
Provide academic support and guidance to students.
Research and grant development.
Participate in unit, department, and college-wide committees including administrative and supervisory functions.
Develop curricula and participate in assessment projects.
Essential duties require in-person duties.
