Job summary

University of Maryland, Baltimore seeks a full-time, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor in Cancer Biostatistics to join the Biostatistics and Bioinformatics division within the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health at the School of Medicine. The candidate will be a core faculty member in the Biostatistics Shared Resource (BSR) and will support center investigators and the research infrastructure.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent in Biostatistics or Statistics.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent in Biostatistics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Design and provide statistical oversight for clinical trials.
• Collaborate with cancer research programs and statistical colleagues across the Center.
• Support training and mentoring of fellows and students.
