Job summary

Candidates will build an independent research program that investigates fundamental mechanisms of human health and disease and complement existing programs across IU's cancer center and neuroscience/diabetes centers.

Qualifications

• PhD (or equivalent) in biochemistry, pharmacology, molecular biology, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop an independent research program addressing fundamental mechanisms of health and disease.
• Complement existing programs in BMBP and at the IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center, the Stark Neurosciences Research Institute, or the Center for Diabetes and Metabolic Diseases.
• Contribute to graduate and professional education at IUSM.
