Qualifications

• Master of Social Work degree from CSWE-accredited program and doctorate awarded by start date.
• Graduate-level teaching experience (in-person and online) expected.
• Excellence in antiracist, anti-oppressive, intersectionality, trauma-informed teaching.
• Inclusive mentoring across diverse student backgrounds.
• Scholarly/creative development and sustained publication potential.
• Effective service across university contexts.
• Ability to engage diverse student populations and build professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses with emphasis on HBSE; Micro Practice; Macro/Policy/Advocacy; Research.
• Maintain weekly office hours and contribute to department meetings.
• Participate in assessment of student learning and service activities.
• Engage in shared governance and collaborative departmental duties.
• Possess ability to teach both in person and online and support equity outcomes.
