California State University, Northridge (CSUN) invites applications for two tenure-track Audit faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level. Candidates will teach Audit, Data Analytics and/or Accounting courses, develop an active research program, and participate in service to the department and university.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellence in teaching (in-person and remote) and scholarship, with a commitment to equity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or DBA in Accounting from an AACSB accredited institution; ABD considered with terminal degree anticipated by August 20, 2027
• Potential or evidence of excellence in university-level teaching of in person and remote teaching modalities
• Potential or evidence of excellence in scholarship through publication in high quality journals

Responsibilities

• Teach Audit, Data Analytics and/or Accounting courses and maintain an ongoing program of scholarship
• Engage in service to the department, college and university, including committee work
• Fulfill weekly office hours and participate in assessment of student learning
