Description

BallenIsles Country Club is looking for a Full-Time Racquet Courts Maintenance Associate to support the general maintenance and upkeep of our tennis and pickleball courts.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Position Summary This role is responsible for maintaining racquet courts and surrounding areas, performing general repairs, routine maintenance, janitorial duties, and operating light maintenance equipment. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by the club's operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily maintenance of all tennis and pickleball courts, including sweeping, lining, and debris removal.

Prepare courts for daily play and ensure optimal playing conditions.

Communicate daily court conditions with the Racquets Shop front desk.
