Job summary

Williams Island Club in Aventura, Florida, is seeking a Tennis Shop Attendant to deliver top-tier member service at the tennis shop, assist with retail sales, court reservations, and lesson scheduling, and promote club events.

You will process daily charges on the POS, help with inventory, support match-making for members, maintain a clean, organized pro shop, and ensure safety and courteous service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members, Residents and Guests as they enter the Tennis Shop.
• Assist with retail sales, court reservations and lesson scheduling (in person and by phone).
• Answer phone with positive, energetic demeanor.
• Promote club events and programs regularly.
• Process daily charges on POS, handle returns and issue credits.
• Assist with monthly inventory.
• Support match-making services for members.
• Ensure areas are organized, clean, and compliant with club standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenish retail and beverage items as needed.
• Perform closing duties and other tasks as assigned by management.
