Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc. is hiring part-time coaches to lead elementary-age classes at multiple Bay Area schools. Sessions run 1–2 hours including prep, with additional pre-care possible. Trainers perform attendance, engage with families, and maintain a safe, energetic class environment.

Classes occur 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with pay per session ranging from $50 to $65. Training sessions are provided; transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old.
• Must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload on our website and introduce your experience in sports.

Job Overview

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre-care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children.

The pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

• Equipment (provided by the company). (Coach should have reliable transportation)

Requirements

• Must be 19+ years old upon application
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work

Work Type

Part-time (2–5 hours per week) Pay: $50–$65 per session

Programs are offered at multiple schools across the Bay Area. Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.

We do have other Programs like Yoga, Soccer, PE, Pickleball, Volleyball, Basketball, Floor Hockey and Dance. You’re welcome to apply to any of these as well.
