Job summary

Long Cove Club in Hilton Head Island, SC is seeking a Tennis Court & Facility Maintenance Associate to keep clay courts and tennis facilities in top condition for members. This hands-on, outdoor role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach; you may also assist in the pro shop when needed.

You will groom courts daily, operate court equipment, support the pro shop with scheduling, reservations, phones, and member communications; perform minor repairs and help with court assets.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Customer-focused service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Groom clay courts daily, brush and line courts.
• Operate court roller and maintain playability.
• Clean benches, tables, chairs, and walkways; remove debris.
