Job summary

Midtown Athletic Club is seeking a Tennis Professional who is passionate about helping members and will foster their love of racquet sports. Candidates should bring coaching experience with group and private lessons for both adults and youth, Safe Play certification (or willingness to obtain it), and at least one racquet sports certification with a 4.0 NTRP rating or equivalent.

A growth mindset and enthusiasm for daily work are essential.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience including group and private lessons for adults and youth.
• Safe Play certified or willing to become certified prior to hiring.
• One racquet sports certification or willingness to become certified within 3 months of hire.
• NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent and demonstrated skills.
• Growth mindset and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality coaching to members in tennis and racquet sports.
• Lead group and private lessons for adults and youth.
• Contribute to a positive member experience and foster club culture on court and off.
