Job summary

Invited Clubs in Austin, TX is seeking a Tennis Professional to deliver an exceptional tennis experience for members and guests. You will organize engaging clinics, private lessons, and events that drive participation and promote tennis memberships.

The role requires a minimum 2 years playing or coaching at a competitive level, plus a USPTA or PTR certification; you’ll work with a welcoming team to maintain courts and foster community, with weekend availability and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years experience playing, instructing, or coaching tennis at a competitive or professional level.
• 1 year experience conducting group tennis clinics or instructional programs.
• 1 year experience organizing social events for members.
• Recognized certification from USPTA or PTR.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and promoting engaging tennis clinics, private lessons, and programs for adults, juniors, and seniors.
• Provide instruction for private and group tennis lessons, including skill-building drills.
• Help organize leagues, round robins, drop-ins, ladders, tournaments, and other events.
• Promote tennis memberships and act as tennis ambassador to enhance club value.
• Maintain courts to a high standard and ensure a safe environment for all users.
