Job summary

Amazing Athletes is seeking enthusiastic tennis coaches to impact lives by introducing tennis in a fun and inclusive way. This role is part-time and requires availability after 4:00 PM, with some weekend camp hours.

Coaches will teach basics, ensure safety, and transport equipment between sites. Prior tennis experience is preferred, and CPR/First Aid certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must like tennis and have playing experience, preferably coaching
• Must be willing to get 1st aid & CPR certified
• Must have reliable transportation to drive to various sites
• Consent to a background check
• Be enthusiastic, kind-hearted, reliable, and fun

Responsibilities

• Introduce adults to tennis through fun and engaging programs
• Teach the basics and ensure student safety at all times
• Maintain equipment bags and transport from site to site
• Build relationships with site coordinators, directors, and parents
• Must have some availability between 4pm-6pm Mon-Fri
• Some weekend camp hours available

Sports Coach Responsibilities and Duties

• INTRODUCE ADULTS TO TENNIS THROUGH FUN & ENGAGING PROGRAMS
• TEACH THE BASICS & ENSURE STUDENT SAFETY AT ALL TIMES
• MAINTAIN EQUIPMENT BAGS - RESPONSIBLY TRANSPORT FROM SITE TO SITE
• BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH SITE COORDINATORS, DIRECTORS, PARENTS, ETC
• MUST HAVE SOME AVAILABILITY BETWEEN 4PM-6PM MON-FRI
• SOME WEEKEND CAMP HOURS AVAILABLE

Sports Coach Requirements

• POSSESS A PASSION FOR TENNIS, FITNESS, MOVEMENT & LIVING AN ACTIVE LIFE
• MUST LIKE TENNIS & HAVE EXPERIENCE PLAYING, PREFERRABLY COACHING
• MUST BE WILLING TO GET 1ST AID & CPR CERTIFIED
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO DRIVE TO VARIOUS SITES
