ESHYFT is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse in Tennessee to support patient care within long-term facilities. The RN will apply the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and provide physical and psychological support to patients, families, and friends.

Supervising assigned team members is also part of the role. Ideal candidates will be dedicated, adaptable, and patient-centered, able to navigate fast-paced environments and maintain high standards of care.
