This approach, plus the technical expertise and years of experience, ensure that we, also for civil works, belong to the absolute top.Your RoleAs **Tender Engineer** within our Civil Department your main duties and responsibilities are:* Drawing up one or more (complex) tender file(s).* Analyzing and assessing the various risks and opportunities of a project in order to determine the most efficient execution method.* Requesting and analyzing price offers from suppliers and subcontractors in order to be able to deliver an estimate and price structure based on the selected production method and equipment.You have a degree in Construction Engineering or Bachelor of Architecture. Both young graduates and people with experience are eligible. You have a very good knowledge of Dutch.As a Tender Engineer you work accurately and systematically, but creativity and drive are also very important.
