Job summary

NextLink Group is seeking a qualified Tender, Proposal Engineering and Bid Manager for a fully remote role in the United States. You will review tender documents, identify risks, define execution strategies, and develop cost estimates for labor, materials, and logistics.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction and international teams, evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, and participate in technical and commercial clarifications and negotiations to strengthen

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in Tendering, Proposal Engineering, Estimation or Bid Management within an industrial EPC environment.

  • Ensure alignment between technical solutions, schedules, budgets, and budgets, and execution.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in Tendering, Proposal Engineering, Estimation, or Bid Management within an industrial EPC environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial piping, mechanical systems, energy, process industries, or industrial construction.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams.
